Job Details:
- Location: 560 Centennial Parkway North, Hamilton, ON, L8E 0G2
- Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
- Hours of Work: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise a team of 16-20 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers
