Job Details:

  • Location: 1480 Bath Road, Kingston, ON, K7M 4X6
  • Salary: $35,000 to $45,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
  • Hours of Work: Day shifts
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Will train

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and manage incoming mail (regular and electronic).
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain filing systems.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, reviewing and proofreading for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and electronic mail.
