Job Details:
- Location: Hawkesbury, ON
- Salary: $25.00 to $36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 to 42 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
- Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Install machinery and equipment
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- Commission systems and components
- Start up and shut down power plant equipment
- Operate automated or computerized control systems
- Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and ensure normal operation
- Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
- Complete and maintain station records, logs, and reports
- Assist in the development of operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Assist during routine systems testing
- Assist in locating and isolating system problems
Credentials:
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
- Construction Millwright Trade Certification
- Propane in Construction Record of Training
- Forklift Operator Certification
Experience and Specialization:
- Type of Resources: Other hydrocarbons, Industrial waste treatment
- Welding Techniques:
- Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW)
- Flux core arc welding (FCAW)
- Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG)
- Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
- Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
- Types of Systems: Refrigeration, Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Various machinery including pumps, compressors, generators, and welding equipment
Working Conditions:
