Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Additional Information:

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Word is required.
  • Work Conditions: Attention to detail is essential.
