Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special events and determine the size of food portions and costs.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas and organize buffets and banquets.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently.

- Work Conditions: Attention to detail is essential, and the role requires working in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required, and the position is physically demanding with repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
