Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules and supervise staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Working Conditions:
- Work Setting: On-site; work must be completed at the physical location with no remote option.
- Work Environment: Noisy, hot, fast-paced, under pressure, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
