Job Details:
- Location: London, ON
- Salary: $46,300 annually / 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
Responsibilities:
- Monitor revenues and determine labor costs
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit and train staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews for staff
- Cost products and services
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
