Job Details:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security services)
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Experience and Specialization:

  • Computer skills: MS Office
