Required Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security)
- Assist in preparing the operating budget; maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
