Qualifications Required
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters.
- Draw up production schedules.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
