Community Living Trent Highlands is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. They focus on enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care and community engagement.


Job Details:

  • Location: Haliburton, ON
  • Salary: $25.38 to $25.84 hourly (To be negotiated) / 7.5 to 22.5 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent, Part-time (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning)
  • Vacancies Available: 10 vacancies
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Benefits: Financial benefits as per collective agreement

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: Experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Assist individuals with developmental challenges in daily living activities.
  • Provide support in a group home and various settings.
  • Implement individualized support plans to foster independence and community involvement.

Credentials:

  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate

Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Candidates should have their own transportation; a vehicle may be supplied by the employer.
