Job Details:
- Location: Thorold, ON
- Salary: $47.50 hourly / 44 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Day, On Call, Early Morning, Morning)

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Coordinate administrative services and manage operations of a department providing various administrative functions.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Hire, train, and arrange training for staff members.
- Interview, hire, and provide training for new staff.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Manage knowledge and events, organizing and maintaining inventory.
