Job Details:

  • Salary: $47.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations for construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
  • Plan and manage budgets effectively.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Prepare reports on project status and financials.

Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
