Job Details:
- Location: 1070 Major MacKenzie Dr East, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1P3
- Salary: $22.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning)

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
- Recruit and train staff, setting work schedules accordingly.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and cost products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision:
The role involves supervising more than 20 employees.
Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads. The role may involve standing for extended periods and overtime may be required.
