Job Details:
- Location: Kingston, ON
- Salary: $24.30 hourly / 35 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in bookkeeping or accounting
Work Setting:
- On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in accounting software, including Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, and MS Word
Personal Suitability:
- Accurate and client-focused
- Dependable with efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player with strong time management and adaptability skills
