Job Details:
- Location: Elmira, ON
- Salary: $17.85 hourly / 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: Will train
Work Environment:
- Chicken farming, layer poultry farming, turkey farming
- Work in various conditions including outdoors, confined spaces, dusty, hot, noisy, and wet/damp environments
- Rural area and remote locations
Responsibilities:
- Handle animals and monitor their health
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market
- Set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
Experience and Specialization:
- Equipment and machinery experience with tractors and loaders
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
- Requires good hand-eye coordination
- Overtime may be required
- Ability to sit, stand for extended periods, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel
