Job Details:
- Location: Milton, ON
- Salary: $37.30 hourly / 35 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
Responsibilities:
- Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Supervise other technical support workers in this group
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
- Provide customer service and manage incidents
Experience and Specialization:
- Computer and technology knowledge
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, iOS, Linux, MS Office, MS Windows, Oracle, SQL, SharePoint, and Visual Basic
