Job Details:
- Location: 24 Dokkum Crescent, Brampton, ON, L6Z 0E2
- Salary: $35.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train; no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Obtain special permits and other documents required for transporting cargo on international routes.
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
- Perform brake adjustments and conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure safety and security of cargo, including tarping and transporting dangerous goods.
- Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles.
Credentials:
- Certificates: AZ class license and Air Brakes Endorsement.
Working Conditions:
- On-the-road work; frequent or constant travel is required.
- Must be willing to travel for extended periods and overnight.
Physical Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks and sitting for long periods.
