Job Details:

  • Salary: $36.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week + 30% commission per sale (minimum wage guaranteed)

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities.
  • Develop communication strategies and direct the marketing strategies of the school.
  • Direct the production of educational and publicity programs and informational materials.
  • Evaluate and implement communication strategies and programs.
  • Review and prepare written materials, including reports, briefs, and press releases.
  • Supervise staff and develop promotional materials.
  • Manage contracts and market business services.
  • Plan and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote sales of products and services.
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies and coordinate special publicity events.
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs.

Supervision:

  • Supervise 3-4 staff members.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Knowledge of computer and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Visio, and business diagram software.
  • Experience in advertising, communications, market research, media relations, and public relations.

Additional Information:

  • Transportation/Travel: Own vehicle required; willing to travel (including cross-border and for extended periods).
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; attention to detail is essential.
