- Salary: $22.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and supervise food and beverage servers and other staff.
Supervision:
- Supervise 3-4 staff members.
Working Conditions:
- On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
- Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
