Job Details:
- Location: Milton, ON
- Salary: $25.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, and kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Plan and organize daily operations and set staff work schedules.
- Supervise and train staff, and monitor their performance.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Supervision:
- Supervise 5-10 staff members.
Working Conditions:
- On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
