- Salary: $52,000 to $58,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities.
- Inspect subcontractor work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
- Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities.
- Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
- Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
Working Conditions:
- On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
