Job Details:
- Location: 10-6150 Kennedy Road South, Mississauga, ON L5T 2J4
- Salary: $34.10 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Environment:
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficiency in computer and technology tools, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Access
