Job Details:
- Location: 114 Lloyd Sanderson Dr, Brampton, ON L6Y 0X2
- Salary: $27.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment:
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Handling heavy loads (up to 9 kg or 20 lbs)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Ensure transport compliance with regulations
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
Supervision:
- Supervise 5-10 people, including dispatchers, radio operators, and transportation route and crew schedulers
Additional Information:
- Security and Safety: Driver’s validity licence check and driving record check (abstract)
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence required; public transportation is available
