Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate tasks to office support staff
- Administer policies related to the release of records under government legislation
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Monitor payroll administration and control budget expenditures
