Qualifications:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits
- Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies
- Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods
- Monitor revenues and staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules
- Train staff and conduct performance reviews
- Balance cash and complete related financial reports
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
Supervision:
- Supervise a team of 16-20 people
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Overtime may be required, with standing for extended periods
