Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail
- Supervise and train staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
- Compile data and prepare reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge in accounting and payroll services
