Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a cooking role
Responsibilities:
- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations and check products for quality control
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
