Job Overview:
As a Production Supervisor – Assembly at NESCO INC., you will oversee the assembly operations, manage a small team, and ensure safety and efficiency in production. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining high productivity and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit production reports
- Establish work schedules and oversee safety operations
- Train staff or arrange for training sessions
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of assembly workers
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Recommend personnel actions and conduct performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or relevant experience
- Additional Requirements: Own tools/equipment and steel-toed safety boots
Personal Suitability:
- Organized, team player, and able to work collaboratively
