Job Overview:
As a Production Supervisor – Assembly at NESCO INC., you will oversee the assembly operations, manage a small team, and ensure safety and efficiency in production. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining high productivity and product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit production reports
  • Establish work schedules and oversee safety operations
  • Train staff or arrange for training sessions
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of assembly workers
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Recommend personnel actions and conduct performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or relevant experience
  • Additional Requirements: Own tools/equipment and steel-toed safety boots

Personal Suitability:

  • Organized, team player, and able to work collaboratively
