Job Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager at DOABA SWEETS & RESTAURANT, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service quality. Your leadership will be critical in creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations of the restaurant
  • Recruit and train staff, set work schedules, and conduct performance reviews
  • Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and prepare financial reports, including cash reports and balance sheets
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service
  • Participate in marketing plans and their implementation

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: College/CEGEP preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry is an asset
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
