Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include organizing meetings, managing communications, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone inquiries and relay messages
  • Manage electronic inquiries and order office supplies
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
  • Plan and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in an administrative role
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows)
