Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information to deliver customer service
- Operate switchboard or telephone system
- Order office supplies
- Record and relay information accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Send invoices and maintain work records
- Receive and issue payments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Calculate billing charges
- Clean and maintain the work area
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology knowledge, including electronic medical records, word processing software, Mac OS, and spreadsheets
