Job Description:

- Salary: $63,154 annually / 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: English
Work Setting:
- Chronic or long-term care facilities/centres
- Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 – $1,500,000
Responsibilities:
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Supervise in-house laundry services
- Order materials and stock
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Coordinate in-house laundry services
- Coordinate work of subordinates
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Supervision:
- 16-20 people
- Light duty cleaners
- Laundry workers
Experience and Specialization:
- Area of work experience: Cleaning
