Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and food products for display and sale in the grocery store.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of food displays.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of products by regularly checking expiration dates.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work in a supermarket or grocery store; remote work is not an option.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that may require standing for extended periods, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Previous experience in food preparation is an asset but not mandatory.
Personal Suitability:
- Hardworking, dependable, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral communication skills and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
