Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for staff.
- Conduct research and perform data entry as required.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
- Work in a manufacturing setting that may involve tight deadlines and pressure.
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, and Google Drive is essential.
