Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for staff.
  • Conduct research and perform data entry as required.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
  • Work in a manufacturing setting that may involve tight deadlines and pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, and Google Drive is essential.
