Salary: $17.80 to $22.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, managing a team of 3-4 people.
- Ensuring that store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assisting in the hiring, training, and development of team members.
- Maintaining inventory and overseeing store merchandising.
- Addressing customer complaints and providing excellent service.
- Participating in marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a retail supervisory role.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of point of sale systems and retail operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information
- This position involves standing for extended periods and working various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
