We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Oakville. Salary: $54,080 annually
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
As an Architectural Technologist, your primary duties will include:
- Creating three-dimensional (3-D) models and two-dimensional (2-D) drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Analyzing technical documents and reports to inform project development.
- Assisting in supervising construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Writing specifications and monitoring work on-site to maintain quality standards.
- Assisting in design development and preparing presentation graphics and drawings.
Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in architectural technology or a related field.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Additional Information
- This position requires on-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
