We are currently seeking motivated Production Labourers to join our team in Mississauga. Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $17.20 hourly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Labourer, your primary duties will include:
- Transporting raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Measuring and dumping ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
- Feeding flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
- Removing filled containers from conveyors and manually packing goods into bags and boxes.
- Feeding and unloading processing machines.
- Checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.
- Assisting process control and machine operators in their duties.
- Cleaning machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience: Will train; prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
