Responsibilities:
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend improvements for product quality.
- Supervise workers and oversee project activities.
- Train or arrange training for new staff.
- Coordinate and schedule activities within the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Experience and Specialization:
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office.
