Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure accuracy.
- Establish work schedules for the team.
Supervision:
- Responsible for supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
