We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Finance to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview
As the Director of Finance, you will work closely with the senior finance and leadership teams to provide analysis related to strategic projects, budgeting, and reporting. This role is essential for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives in developing long-term vision and strategy by providing relevant analyses and forecasts.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be monitored by management.
- Oversee financial modeling for strategic projects, identifying risks and assumptions.
- Manage financial and performance reporting for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Review performance summaries and dashboards to verify financial accuracy.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process, monitoring progress and changes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage financial audits and represent the company externally to government agencies and auditors.
- Recruit, develop, and supervise finance staff, establishing performance standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: University degree and CPA, CA designation preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of working knowledge in accounting with proven financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations for financial services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive projects that impact the business.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
