We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Scarborough. Key Responsibilities
As a Purchasing Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Reviewing purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Planning, developing, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods and services.
- Managing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best terms and conditions.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a purchasing or supply chain management role.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
