Key Responsibilities
As the Vice-President, Head of Technology and Operations, your primary duties will include:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
- Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority, and creating optimum working conditions.
- Conducting performance reviews for direct reports and ensuring effective team management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a management role within a technology or operations setting.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
- Strong management and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage large workloads effectively.
