We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Simcoe. Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Determining the types of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Conducting performance reviews for staff members to ensure high standards.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Qualifications
Education: College/CEGEP degree.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
