Hours: 35-40 hours per week; Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning shifts available.

About R.N.G. Transport Inc
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee vehicle condition; inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
- Transport and handle dangerous goods
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
- Obtain special permits and other documents required for international cargo transport
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Willing to train
- Credentials: AZ Class License
Skills and Abilities:
- Documentation knowledge (Accident/incident reports, Bill of lading, Dangerous goods occurrence reports, Driver logbook, Inspection reports, Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports)
- Experience with refrigerated tractor-trailer units
- Experience with GPS, onboard computers, and other navigation/communication systems
- Local, Provincial/territorial, Regional, and Short-haul transportation experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle heavy loads
- Ability to work with a large workload and overtime
- Proficiency in English
