Salary: $32.00/hour, 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

Bytowne Law is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. This key role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing budgets, overseeing marketing campaigns, and supervising a team. This is an on-site position in Ottawa.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Bytowne Law’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials (website content, brochures, presentations, press releases, social media content).
  • Manage the firm’s online presence, ensuring its effectiveness and consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
