Salary: $100,000 – $120,000/year (Negotiable), 35 hours/week
Global Variable Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and test high-quality software code for e-commerce and other web applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications, addressing bugs and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to solve technical challenges and share knowledge.
- Document software processes, solutions, and technical specifications.
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and software products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with frameworks such as Angular.js and React.js.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with JSON and Oracle databases.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
