Maker Pizza is a fast-growing pizza company dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious pizzas and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage service operations in Toronto. Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinating the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
- Representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
- Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating the necessary authority to create optimal working conditions.
- Supervising a team of 5-10 people to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage service industry.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and inventory control software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large workload.
