L’Union Culturelle des Franco-Ontariennes is a prominent organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the French-speaking community in Ontario. We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Alfred. If you are passionate about arts and culture, and have strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Compiling data to prepare documents for executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures.
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and other documents for consideration.
  • Analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • Preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Conducting research to support organizational goals.
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Providing customer service and managing event logistics.
  • Arranging travel, itineraries, and making reservations as needed.
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in an administrative role.

Skills Required

  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
