Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your primary duties will include:
- Analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and the organization of the establishment.
- Conducting research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
- Proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance operations.
- Planning the re-organization of operations to maximize productivity.
- Supervising staff and supporting their development.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in account management or a similar role.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
